Our Lifetime Buy Back Guarantee is designed to provide eligible customers with the flexibility to resell or exchange their Sukhambika 925 Atelier jewellery in accordance with the terms and conditions below.

Please read this policy carefully before participating in the Buy Back Guarantee programme.

1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR BUY BACK GUARANTEE

To be eligible for the Sukhambika 925 Atelier Buy Back Guarantee, customers must satisfy all applicable eligibility requirements.

1.1 Proof of Purchase

Customers must provide a valid original purchase invoice, order confirmation, or other acceptable proof of purchase for the jewellery item presented for buyback.

The proof of purchase must reasonably establish that the product was purchased from Sukhambika 925 Atelier through an eligible sales channel.

1.2 Original Condition

The jewellery presented for buyback should be in its original condition and must not have undergone significant:

• Damage

• Alteration

• Modification

• Resizing

• Repair

• Structural changes

• Unauthorised customisation

Products that are excessively damaged or materially altered may not qualify for the Buy Back Guarantee.

1.3 Authenticity

The jewellery must be verified as a genuine Sukhambika 925 Atelier product.

We may verify authenticity through applicable:

• Product markings

• 925/sterling silver markings

• Product identifiers

• Invoice/order records

• Internal records

• Other authentication methods

Sukhambika 925 Atelier reserves the right to refuse a buyback where the authenticity of the product cannot be satisfactorily established.

1.4 Compliance With Terms

Customers must comply with all terms and conditions of this Buy Back Guarantee Policy and provide any information reasonably required to process the buyback or exchange.

2. LIFETIME BUY BACK GUARANTEE

The Buy Back Guarantee is valid for LIFETIME from the original date of purchase, subject to the eligibility requirements and terms contained in this policy.

The guarantee applies only to eligible Sukhambika 925 Atelier jewellery purchased through eligible official sales channels.

3. BUY BACK & EXCHANGE BENEFITS

Subject to verification and eligibility, customers may choose between the following options:

OPTION 1 — CASH BUY BACK

The eligible jewellery may be resold to Sukhambika 925 Atelier for 50% of its original selling price.

OPTION 2 — PRODUCT EXCHANGE

Customers may exchange the eligible jewellery for another Sukhambika 925 Atelier product having a value of up to 60% of the original selling price of the returned jewellery.

Example:

If the original selling price of an eligible jewellery item was ₹10,000:

• Cash Buy Back Value = ₹5,000

• Exchange Value = ₹6,000

The applicable value will be determined after verification of the product and purchase records.

4. APPLICABILITY

The Buy Back Guarantee is applicable only to eligible Sukhambika 925 Atelier jewellery products purchased directly through our authorised official sales channels.

Products purchased through unauthorised third parties, counterfeit products or products whose purchase cannot be satisfactorily verified may not qualify.

5. ORIGINAL PURCHASER

The Buy Back Guarantee is applicable only to the original purchaser, unless Sukhambika 925 Atelier expressly agrees otherwise.

The guarantee is therefore generally non-transferable.

Customers may be required to provide identification and purchase information for verification.

6. PRODUCTS COVERED

The Buy Back Guarantee applies to eligible Sukhambika 925 Atelier jewellery items.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the programme does not apply to:

• Loose gemstones

• Bullion

• Silver coins

• Gift cards

• Custom-made jewellery

• Personalised jewellery

• Engraved products

• Products specifically excluded from the programme

• Products that cannot be authenticated

7. VALUATION OF THE PRODUCT

The applicable buyback or exchange value will be determined in accordance with the terms of this policy and the product’s verified purchase details.

Sukhambika 925 Atelier may assess:

• Original selling price

• Product authenticity

• Product condition

• Product markings

• Purchase records

• Applicable exclusions

• Any other relevant factors

The final valuation will be communicated to the customer before completion of the buyback or exchange transaction.

8. CONDITION OF THE JEWELLERY

The product must be presented in a condition reasonably suitable for verification.

The Buy Back Guarantee does not cover products that have been:

• Significantly damaged

• Broken due to misuse

• Heavily modified

• Resized by an unauthorised third party

• Repaired by an unauthorised person

• Chemically damaged

• Substantially altered

• Otherwise rendered materially different from the original product

Sukhambika 925 Atelier reserves the right to reject a buyback request where the condition of the product does not satisfy the requirements of this policy.

9. MAKING CHARGES, TAXES & OTHER PURCHASE COSTS

The Buy Back Guarantee value does not include reimbursement of additional amounts paid at the time of the original purchase, including, where applicable:

• Making charges

• Labour charges

• Taxes

• Shipping charges

• Packaging charges

• Other service charges

• Additional fees

The applicable buyback/exchange benefit will be calculated according to the Buy Back Guarantee terms and the verified eligible value of the product.

10. REFUND PROCESS

Where a cash buyback is approved, the applicable amount will be processed through an appropriate payment method following completion of the required verification and buyback formalities.

Where reasonably possible, the refund may be processed through the original payment method or another payment method agreed/required for the transaction.

Refund processing may take up to 15 days after successful completion and approval of the buyback process.

11. EXCHANGE PROCESS

Where the customer chooses the exchange option:

1. The jewellery will first be verified.

2. The applicable exchange value will be determined.

3. The customer may select an eligible Sukhambika 925 Atelier product subject to availability.

4. The value of the replacement product will be adjusted against the applicable exchange value.

5. Any applicable difference in value, taxes or other charges will be communicated before completion.

Exchange is subject to product availability.

12. ADDITIONAL TAXES, DUTIES & CHARGES

Any taxes, duties, transaction charges, shipping charges or other applicable costs arising during the Buy Back or Exchange process may be payable by the customer, where applicable.

The customer will be informed of applicable charges before the transaction is completed.

13. AUTHENTICATION & VERIFICATION

Sukhambika 925 Atelier may conduct appropriate checks before approving a Buy Back Guarantee claim.

These checks may include:

• Verification of invoice

• Order history verification

• Product inspection

• 925/silver marking verification

• Product identification

• Condition assessment

• Ownership verification

• Other reasonable authentication procedures

The Buy Back Guarantee will be processed only after the required verification is successfully completed.

14. RIGHT TO REFUSE BUY BACK

Sukhambika 925 Atelier reserves the right to refuse a Buy Back Guarantee request where:

• The product cannot be authenticated.

• Valid proof of purchase cannot be provided.

• The product does not meet the eligibility criteria.

• The product has been substantially damaged.

• The product has been altered or modified.

• The product is counterfeit or suspected to be counterfeit.

• The applicant is not the eligible purchaser.

• There is evidence of fraud or misuse.

• Any other material requirement of this policy has not been satisfied.

15. FRAUD PREVENTION

Sukhambika 925 Atelier may take reasonable measures to prevent fraudulent or abusive use of the Buy Back Guarantee.

Where required, customers may be asked to provide valid identification or additional information for verification.

Any fraudulent claim may be rejected and may be subject to appropriate action under applicable law.

16. DISPUTES

In the event of a disagreement concerning eligibility, authentication, product condition, valuation or any other aspect of the Buy Back Guarantee, customers may contact Sukhambika 925 Atelier customer support for clarification and resolution.

Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

17. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAMME

Sukhambika 925 Atelier reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Buy Back Guarantee programme, subject to applicable law and any obligations already accrued to eligible customers.

Any material changes to the programme will be reflected in the latest version of this policy published on our official website.

The Buy Back Guarantee terms may be updated from time to time.

Customers are encouraged to review the latest version of this policy before initiating a Buy Back or Exchange request.
